Data Controller

aristid Personalberatung GmbH & CoKG, Lemböckgasse 49/2/E, 1230 Vienna, is the responsible Data Controller as defined by General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) DSGVO. References to “we”, “our” or “us” in this Privacy Policy refer to aristid Personalberatung GmbH & CoKG.

Which data are processed for what purpose?

All persons working for us use personal data based on a consent or a contract solely for the purpose of selection of candidates and contacting for recruitment for positions with our clients or to submit candidates and applicants (current or future) job offers matching your profile.

For this purpose, we use the data provided to us by applicants and candidates (e.g. by registering and uploading your data on our online portal, by submitting the curriculum vitae by e-mail or by other means) for this purpose. This provides us with a consent or contractual basis for data processing. A data transfer to customers (potential future employers) takes place exclusively in the context of the described purpose or upon consultation with the person concerned.

Applicant/candidate data: Name, contact details (address, phone number, e-mail address, etc.), date of birth, title, citizenship, education/training, professional experience/career development, language skills, other competences/skills, certificates and credentials, photo; resulting from the curriculum vitae and covering letter or transmitted information.

Customer data: Name/company, business address and other addresses of the customer, name and function of the contact person at the company, contact details of the contact person(s) (phone number, e-mail address, etc.), VAT number.


We safeguard your data against unintentional or intentional fraud by means of suitable technical and organizational measures as well as against destruction, loss or access by unauthorized persons. Access to your personal information is limited to those persons working for us who process the data and handle it properly and confidentially.

Retention or deletion period

We retain data we receive from applicants and candidates for a period of 3 years (as of the completion of an application process), unless a longer retention period is required by law. At the end of these three years, we will in any case contact our applicants with regard to their consent to

further data processing beyond this period. Persons concerned are entitled to request the deletion of their data or to revoke their consent before the end of this period. We will also comply with such a request without delay, unless there are legal reasons.

We retain customer data for the duration of a valid business relationship and, in addition, as long as there is a legitimate interest in a future business relationship.

Contract processors

During the processing, we use the software of our contract processor, eRecruiter GmbH, Am Winterhafen 4, A-4020 Linz, which carries out the data processing for us according to our specifications and instructions.

The data is stored at next layer Telekommunikationsdienstleistungs- und Beratungs GmbH, Mariahilfer Gunel 37/7, A-1150 Vienna.
