Management means finding the right talent, using their strengths effectively at the right position and integrating them well into the company. As a partner of aristid Recruitment Consulting, I accompany organizations in strategic recruiting so that they find exactly those experts and recruit them for those position that the company needs for future success.
From my own experience, I know that on the one hand, many top candidates toy around with change but often shy away from the direct application and like to keep a low profile in the decision phase of the change. They therefore prefer the anonymity, discretion and experience of external recruitment consultants. On the other hand, the professional support offers the companies and the potential or successful candidates room to find out if and how to match individual expectations and current conditions.
In my professional life, I have worked for over 30 years in the service sector, in management positions and as HR manager. I was able to get to know diverse people-oriented professions – experiencing the working environments in the banking and insurance industry, in hospitals and in the applied sciences universities. In the course of my professional life, I have worked with many different persons in various positions, accompanied many recruiting processes and sought out, found and brought on board many talented persons for the respective companies. In my consulting, I rely on the connection of persons with current and future corporate requirements, respect and openness. My training as a lawyer, supplemented by additional training in business administration, training and coaching and potential analysis, is paired with great interest in the development of the working world of the future. I enjoy bringing all this with me when consulting my customers on talent search, employer branding and the rules of the game for a successful collaboration.
